Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown - Level 1

This exercise was an excellent idea. Helped stretch out my spine after my fall last week. 

I need to get running though - I think I’m in denial about how far 11 miles really is. 

I did Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack - Level 1

It was the first exercise (besides my game last Saturday) that I did since I hurt my butt. I had to modify a few things but it felt great to get back at ‘er!

I need to keep myself accountable for the next 66 days of training before the Tough Mudder (August 18th). I’m going to post my daily activities on here so that I will feel guilty if I don’t stay motivated! 

P.S. Starting your training with a broken ass is the worst. I can’t even do squats properly. Sad face.  

Because my derby league is full of bad ass ladies we decided we are going to enter a team in the 2012 Tough Mudder Race. We have the month of August off from bouting so we decided we wanted to do something epic - obviously a 12mile race with 25 British Force Obstacles was the best choice. 

We have 6 months to train since it takes place on August 18th! SO EXCITED.
